Do you cover my area?
We survey across Greater London and the South East, including London, Surrey, Kent and the surrounding home counties. If you are unsure whether your property is covered, send us the address and we will confirm quickly.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond within 1 hour during office hours, and as soon as possible outside that window.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
Usually the property address, the type of survey or issue, and any timing details you already know.
Can I speak to a surveyor directly?
Yes. If your enquiry needs technical guidance, we’ll make sure you speak with the right person.
What are your opening hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Our phone lines and chat support are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
